To allow the smooth running of our school we ask the parents/guardians to abide by the following set of rules.

• Parents/guardians must clear all school fees in the bank before the start of every new term.
• School officially opens at 8:00am and classes start at 8:30am, we advise that your child should be at school by 8:00am and in any case not later than 8:15am.
• At the end of each session (morning /evening) you are required to arrive punctually to collect your child so that they don’t become distressed. Children must only be collected at school by their parents or any other authorized persons with special identification which must have been presented to the school office. All children must be picked from school before 5:00pm.
• If you have arranged for someone other than yourself to collect your child, please inform a teacher or Headteacher at the beginning of the day. Please tell us who the person is(Name and relation) and that person should be formally introduced to the school administration. Please make sure that your child is informed of the person you wish to collect him/her.
• Children are not allowed to bring personal toys at school.
• No child shall be allowed to bring food/drinks at school, our school provides all meals and drinks.
• Please don’t give your child sweets or snacks to eat at school.
• Please label all school uniforms and other properties with the child’s name.
• Using rude or threatening language towards teachers and other school staff is prohibited.
• If you have any concerns or complaints please, speak to the school administration. We ask that the discussion should be kept up to the end of the day when we have sufficient time to talk, or an appointment be made at a time best for both parties. We shall always be ready to help and make ourselves available to discuss issues.
