It is believed you become what you are as an adult because of your early childhood development.
The Resident Director is a Human Resource specialist by profession. During her previous work experience she realised that people behave differently due to their different character traits. She believes that character traits are shaped during the early age of development.

The Co-Director believes in values such as integrity, respect, hard work, loyalty, and developing skills such as leadership, organization among others. These, he also believes, are best instilled at an early age. Together they combined their strengths to set up an Early Childhood Development Centre (ECD) where they could contribute to the development of character to learners at an early stage coupled with academic excellence.
